Necessary: sign-in and language

Supabase authentication cookies (sb-… names) maintain your login and refresh session. NEXT_LOCALE remembers your language choice. These support requested features. Authentication storage is governed by session settings and logout; language preference is kept for up to one year. Browser controls can remove or block them, but sign-in or language memory may then stop working.

Your preference

nharent_cookie_choice stores only a versioned necessary-only or referral-allowed choice for 180 days. It contains no user ID. You can change it below. If storage is unavailable, optional attribution stays off unless a valid existing permission is present.

Optional: referral attribution

If you allow it and open a valid rep signup link, nharent_referral can remember the first valid referral for up to 30 days. The cookie is HttpOnly and carries a random receipt token; it is not an advertising profile. Without permission we do not capture a referral receipt or attach it to signup. You can browse and register without crediting a rep. Withdrawal stops further cookie use and clears the receipt on the next server request. Previously recorded attribution and audit history are not rewritten.

Counts and external services

The site also records first-party product events without adding a visitor-tracking cookie. Necessary security, enquiry and audit records are separate from cookie preferences. We do not load advertising pixels or cross-site marketing trackers in this build. Maps contact MapTiler; hosting and network providers can receive technical connection information.
