What nharent provides

nharent provides listing discovery, agent websites and tools for enquiries and agent work. Agents supply and maintain their own listings. nharent is not the landlord or a party to a rental agreement, and does not promise that a home is available or that a tenancy will result.

Agent accounts and responsibilities

A free agent account is available under the current product offering. Protect your login and provide accurate information. Publish only homes you are entitled to market, with photos and text you have permission to use. Keep price, availability and contact details current. You remain responsible for your dealings with renters and for information you receive from them.

Content and permission

You retain your rights in content you supply. You allow nharent and its service providers to store, process and display that content as needed to operate the features you choose. Do not publish unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, infringing or abusive content, or attempt to bypass access controls or moderation.

Listings, verification and examples

Freshness and verification indicators describe particular checks or updates; they are not a guarantee of ownership, suitability or safety. Check the property, agent and agreement before committing or transferring money. Demo homes, prices, map areas and agent brands are illustrative and cannot be rented. Rental guides are general information, not individualized legal or financial advice.

Enquiries and support

Use enquiry and support tools for their intended purpose. Do not submit spam or unnecessary sensitive information. We may moderate content or restrict access to protect users, preserve security and enforce these terms. Contact support if you need help with a decision.

Availability, changes and rights

We aim to keep the service useful but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, leads, rankings or rental outcomes. Features and these terms may change; this page identifies the update date.
