Who is responsible

Nharent is operated by the organization identified below. Use the contact below for privacy questions or requests. An independent agent who receives your enquiry is responsible for their own subsequent use of your information.

Information you provide

We process account and profile details, agent contact details, listing text and photos, enquiries and contact preferences, reports, verification submissions, support messages and replies. Your agent page, published listings, selected contact details and published posts are public. Drafts, lead inboxes, private support conversations, moderation notes and fraud evidence are not public.

Why we use information

We use information to provide accounts, publish your content, deliver enquiries and support, maintain availability information, and prevent abuse. Account/service processing supports the service you request; security and moderation protect users and the platform. Optional referral cookies use your permission. Where applicable, we retain records to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Visits, referrals and security

The platform records first-party counts such as property views, searches, shares and contact actions. Browser view events contain no visitor identifier added by nharent and are not unique-visitor counts. This does not mean hosting providers receive no network information: IP addresses and technical logs can be processed when you connect. Anti-abuse records may contain contact hashes. When allowed, referral attribution links signup to the introducing rep. Reps see limited referral progress, not private fraud evidence.

Who receives information

Enquiries reach the relevant agent; platform administrators handle support, moderation and verification. We use Supabase for data, authentication and files, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email and MapTiler for maps. Loading maps sends a request to the map provider. AI-assisted features may send submitted text to the configured AI provider (the current AI adapter uses Anthropic); do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for the task. Providers may process information outside your country. Ask us about applicable service-provider and transfer arrangements.

Retention

Raw analytics events have a 90-day retention policy. Account and listing data are kept while needed to provide the service. Enquiries, support, verification, moderation, suppression, referral and payment-history records can be retained for follow-up, security, legal obligations or disputes. Deleting an ordinary draft is different from erasing Trust-critical history. Retention depends on the record and purpose; a deletion request does not automatically remove every historical record or backup.

Your choices and requests

You can edit your profile and listings, manage publication, change cookie preferences and request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction, portability or object to processing and complain to the relevant data-protection authority. We may verify your identity before acting. Withdrawing referral-cookie permission stops future cookie use; it does not rewrite attribution already recorded at signup.

Keep sensitive information out

Do not publish identity documents, private addresses or someone else’s contact details without permission. Only submit verification material through the intended private workflow. Contact us if you believe personal data has been exposed.
