For initial enquiries, start with your dates, occupants, required rooms, budget and contact preference. Avoid attaching identity documents to a public enquiry. Ask the verified provider about any documents they need at the appropriate stage.

If someone requests extra documents, ask which process they relate to. Do not assume that a request for a document means every foreign tenant must hold it, or that supplying it establishes permission for a particular length of stay.
Keep your records usable and private
Keep the final version of the contract together with its inventory and receipts; make sure agreed changes appear in that version. Photograph existing damage with enough context to identify the room. Keep a copy of any confirmation the responsible provider supplies.
Send sensitive copies through an agreed private channel to a verified recipient, not a public social post. If you are unsure whether a request is necessary or legitimate, clarify it with the provider or authority before disclosing the material.
